TuneTaps.com is operated by TapTunes, Inc. ("TapTunes," "TuneTaps," "we," "us" or "our"). By accessing this website, placing an order, purchasing a product or otherwise using TuneTaps.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

TuneTaps Store
TuneTaps.com is a direct-to-consumer storefront for TapTunes Instant Music Cards and other physical music products that may be offered from time to time.
Product selection, pricing, availability, features and promotions may change without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular release, artist or product will remain available indefinitely.
Products, Release Information & Music Previews
TuneTaps may provide release pages, product images, artist and album information, music previews and other information intended to help customers evaluate products before purchase.
We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately. Colors, artwork, packaging and other visual details may vary slightly because of device displays, production variations or updated product materials.
Music previews and other audio made available through TuneTaps.com are provided for personal, non-commercial listening only. You may not copy, capture, redistribute, rebroadcast, sell, publicly perform or otherwise exploit such content except as permitted by law or authorized by the applicable rights holder.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are displayed at or before checkout.
Payment is processed through Square or another payment provider identified during checkout. TuneTaps does not require you to provide complete payment-card credentials directly to us when payment is handled by the third-party payment processor.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel, reject or refund an order because of product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, rights issues, production problems, technical errors or other legitimate business reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping & Delivery
Available shipping methods, charges and promotions are shown at or before checkout. Where TuneTaps advertises free shipping, the offer applies only under the conditions stated with that offer.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. TuneTaps is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, production delays, holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we may provide an updated estimate, replacement option, cancellation or refund as appropriate.
Returns & Refunds
10-Day Factory-Sealed Return Policy
Physical products purchased directly from TuneTaps.com may be returned for a full refund if the return is requested within 10 days of the original purchase date and the product remains in its original, unopened, factory-sealed packaging.
Unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Opened, unsealed, used, activated, damaged or altered products are not eligible for a discretionary return under this 10-day policy. This limitation does not reduce any rights that may apply under the 30-day limited warranty below or applicable law.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless the return results from a TapTunes fulfillment error or a defective product.

30-Day Instant Music Card Limited Warranty
TapTunes Instant Music Cards purchased directly from TuneTaps.com are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials, printing that materially prevents intended use, QR functionality, NFC functionality or other encoded card functionality attributable to manufacturing or programming.
At our option, a valid warranty claim may be resolved by repair, reprogramming, replacement or refund.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, bending, cutting, puncturing, excessive heat, moisture, improper storage, unauthorized alteration, normal cosmetic wear, incompatible user equipment or third-party services outside TapTunes' control.
Proof of purchase may be required. This limited warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have additional rights under applicable law.
Instant Music Card & Digital Access
An Instant Music Card is a physical product designed to provide access to an associated digital music experience through QR, NFC or another encoded method.
Access may depend on a compatible internet-connected device, browser, network connection and the continued availability of the associated release experience.
Purchase of an Instant Music Card does not transfer copyright ownership in the sound recordings, musical compositions, artwork, trademarks or other creative content associated with the product.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, the associated music experience is intended for the purchaser's personal, non-commercial use.
Intellectual Property
TuneTaps.com, the TapTunes name and marks, website design, software, product presentation and other TapTunes-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Music, album artwork, artist names, photographs, logos and other release-related materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Nothing on this site grants you a license to reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or publicly display protected materials except as expressly permitted by these Terms, applicable law or the applicable rights holder.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use TuneTaps.com to:
- Commit fraud or provide false payment, account or delivery information
- Attempt unauthorized access to the site, servers, accounts or payment systems
- Introduce malware, malicious code or disruptive automated activity
- Copy, scrape or commercially exploit site content without authorization
- Interfere with checkout, pricing, inventory, security or other site functions
- Use purchased content in a manner that infringes copyright, trademark or other rights
- Violate applicable law
Third-Party Services
TuneTaps may use or link to third-party services including payment processors, shipping carriers, hosting providers, analytics services and other technology providers.
Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies and security practices. TapTunes, Inc. is not responsible for the independent practices, availability or content of third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.
Service Disclaimers
Except for the express 30-day limited warranty stated above and to the maximum extent permitted by law, TuneTaps.com and related services are provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, permanent availability of any particular release, uninterrupted third-party services, compatibility with every device or network, or that every external service will remain available indefinitely.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TapTunes, Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of TuneTaps.com, third-party services, delivery delays, loss of access caused by third-party systems or other matters beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Before filing a legal claim, the parties are encouraged to contact one another and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.
Subject to any rights or venue that cannot legally be waived, legal proceedings relating to these Terms or TuneTaps.com will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts serving Davidson County, Tennessee.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms as products, site features, payment methods, fulfillment practices or legal requirements change. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
